AIRPORT TRANSFER

Airport Pick Up

AIRPORT: We only pick up campers from Boston Logan Airport
DAY of the WEEK: SUNDAY is arrival day.
- Campers are allowed to arrive EARLY on Friday or Saturday BEFORE their camp starts. Some parents prefer their children to arrive 1-2 days early, so they have time to adjust to the time difference and rest before camp starts.
- Early Arrival (Friday): $250
- Early Arrival (Saturday): $90
TIME of the DAY: Camper’s flight must arrive between the following hours:
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Airport Drop Off

AIRPORT: We only drop off campers to Boston Logan Airport
DAY of the WEEK: FRIDAY is departure day.
- Campers are allowed to depart LATE Saturday or Sunday AFTER their camp ends. Some campers would like to stay a few extra days to enjoy the weekend activities.
- Late Departure (Saturday): $90
- Late Departure (Sunday): $250
TIME of the DAY: Camper’s flight must depart between the following hours:
- Friday, Saturday or Sunday: 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM
- Campers on International Flights must arrive 2-3 hours PRIOR to their flight departure time. This is why campers cannot have departure flights before 10AM! Remember a 10:00AM departure time, means arrival to the airport at 7:00AM !

*If your flight arrives a little bit before or after these time frames, please email manager@mbsportscamps.com for approval.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

If you would like your child to travel with a flight attendant for their entire voyage, then you must contact the AIRLINE directly to purchase an UNACCOMPANIED MINOR ticket. The airline will ask you for the NAME, PHONE NUMBER of the pick up person from MB Sports Camps.

**NOTE** MB Sports Camps will NOT have the name of the airport pick up employee until 2 - 4 weeks prior to camp. At this time we will email ALL parents whose children are flying to camp the name and phone number of our Airport Pick Up Staff.
